By accessing or using the Northline Readiness platform or engaging Northline Readiness Inc. for consulting services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Services

Northline provides emergency-management consulting services and a supporting readiness platform. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees for each engagement are defined in a separate statement of work or service agreement.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
