Your Emergency Plan Should Not Live In A Binder. It Should Live Inside Your Facility.

Northline Digital Facility turns your site into an interactive, cloud based readiness tool. Every hazard, utility shutoff, fire protection system, emergency contact, and critical asset is documented visually and ready before an emergency, not buried in a document nobody opens. We are emergency management professionals, not a scanning company. We sell operational readiness and due diligence.

Before, During, And After The Emergency

Before an emergency, walk your facility virtually, find blocked exits and missing signage, and brief new staff without setting foot on site. During an emergency, shutoffs, hazards, and fire systems are pinned to exact locations and reachable from any device. After an emergency, a time stamped, access controlled record helps you prove due diligence.

The Problem

Most facilities have an emergency plan. Almost none can reach it in the moment that matters. Plans sit in a binder, written once and rarely opened, out of date the moment a process or contact changes. When an incident happens, the people who need the information are reading a stale document instead of seeing their facility.

What Is Included

Foundation documents your facility with hazards, exits, shutoffs, and fire protection systems pinned in an interactive model your team accesses year round. Readiness adds emergency contacts, critical equipment, evacuation routes and assembly points linked to your emergency plan, plus staff orientation walkthroughs. Program adds aerial and thermal capture, exercise debrief integration, and scheduled recapture so the model stays current. Every engagement is scoped to your facility.

Your Data, Secure And Yours

Your facility model and readiness data are hosted on secure cloud infrastructure. You own your data, you decide who sees it, and access is controlled by role so the right people reach the right information. Northline names only Google and Stripe as infrastructure partners.

Supports Your Compliance Obligations

Northline Digital Facility supports and aligns with recognized emergency preparedness standards and helps you demonstrate due diligence. NFPA 1660 is the current consolidated standard for emergency preparedness and pre incident planning, incorporating the former NFPA 1600 and NFPA 1620. It is the recognized best practice benchmark we help facilities align with, not a law. In the United States, OSHA requires employers to plan for emergencies, including Emergency Action Plans. In Ontario, the Occupational Health and Safety Act places a due diligence obligation on employers and the Ontario Fire Code requires a Fire Safety Plan. The legal obligation remains yours. NFPA 1660 sets the benchmark. Northline makes meeting and demonstrating it easier.

A Program, Not A One Time Project

A facility is never static. Processes change, equipment moves, contacts turn over. Northline Digital Facility is an annual program. Your model stays current, your team keeps access year round, and recapture keeps pace with your site. One project becomes an ongoing readiness program that plugs into the full lifecycle: plan, digitize, train, respond, review.

Who It Is For

Chemical and manufacturing plants, oil and gas, energy, logistics and warehousing, food and pharmaceutical processing, hospitals and multi facility healthcare networks, water and power utilities, and any operation where knowing your facility cold is the difference in an emergency.
