Measured To The Centimetre, Honest About The Millimetre
Every dimension is scan derived and accurate to roughly a centimetre. That is the right precision for fire extinguisher travel distance, egress width and clearances, and it is not survey grade. The disclaimer rides every measurement, in the tool and in the report. If a project genuinely needs survey precision, that is a different instrument and we will say so.
Measurement Is Evidence, Never A Verdict
Nothing is auto graded. The capture hands your consultant clear evidence; a qualified person reads the codes, judges what it means, sets the severity and attests the finding. There is no automated pass or fail anywhere in the product, and that is a deliberate limit rather than a missing feature.

Captures are processed and stored in Canadian and U.S. regions, on infrastructure Northline controls, and are never handed to a third party scanning service. Encrypted in transit and at rest, from the first scan to the last report. Northline names only Google and Stripe as infrastructure partners.
